I find most of the riders through Instagram, seeing their talent and how they look towards life and such. I found Tommy on Instagram and followed him immediately. The thing that really made me look at Tommy was when Standard Bike Co. went to Camp Woodward over this past summer and the video came out it. Crail pulled insane stunts in the video such as backflip tuck no hander over the mini mega ramp, super extended superman over the mini mega, fake front flip and much more! Go watch the video on Youtube or hit the link below. Tommy has also built his own personal box jump ramp and quarter in his backyard. With building this he rides more and more! Tommy is a gnarly rider with a many tricks up his sleeve and isn’t afraid to send them!

How long have you been riding? 12 years

What got you into riding? My dad took me to the local bmx track when I was 7 but wasn’t till I 11 when I met some old kids in middle school who opened up my world to freestyle

What is the biggest problem in BMX that you have noticed? How do you resolve that problem?  New riders being intimidated or embarrassed to ride in front of older better riders. Talk to them and let them know what bmx is about, no judging, just good times.

What is your favorite place to ride? That’s a real tough one! Joyride is one of the best places to push yourself and learn new tricks. But Beury Patch/Heathens trails never ceases to disappoint with perfectly dug trails and amazing locals!

What is the dream place to ride? PMP trails in New Zealand have always looked like something out of a literal dream! Hope to make it there some day for sure!

What is your favorite web edit or video part?  Square One – Wide Awake Nightmare. That was probably the first video I ever seen and still remains a favorite!

What is some advice you would give to a BMX rider that is kinda falling out of BMX? Everyone has their own thing, and if bmx isn’t theirs any more who am I to stop them.

What is one way you deal with injuries? Jerk lefty.

What is one thing you love about BMX? I love the traveling and meeting sick people.

What is one thing you look forward to every year in BMX?  Toronto Jam trip

Where is your favorite place you have traveled to in BMX? Toronto but not a fan of Canada itself.
